Yes, you can use your Luna Park Gift Card to purchase tickets online. An online booking fee of AUD$1.55 per ticket will be charged where applicable. This fee is notified prior to purchase throughout the checkout process.

- Can I use my valid undated pre-purchased ticket to get into Luna Park?

If you are holding a valid unused ticket that you received as a gift or a donation, it can be used on any day Luna Park is open, until the expiry date. Simply present the voucher at the Ticket Box when you arrive. Bookings are not required. Please read the Terms and Conditions which are available on our website for full details.
Undated Luna Park tickets are not valid for private events or ticketed events that require a special ticket for admission (ie. Luna Dark).
- Do I need a ticket to visit or can I just decide on the day?

YES, please pre-purchase your tickets online to guarantee entry. We have reduced our capacity and are controlling guest numbers to allow for physical distancing in ride queues, on rides, at food and beverage outlets and other facilities throughout the Park.
- Do I need to book before coming to Luna Park?

YES!!! Luna Park’s capacity is restricted and we strongly recommend that you book your tickets before coming to the Park. Booking your ticket before you come to the Park guarantees entry. An online booking fee of AUD$1.55 per ticket will be charged where applicable. This fee is notified prior to purchase throughout the checkout process.
Walk-up entry to the Park will only be permitted if our capacity allows capacity on the day. Avoid disappointment and book your tickets online before coming.
- How far in advance can I book tickets?

You’ll be able to book your tickets in line with the dates that have been released and displayed in the calendar on the website. This will be updated and extended over time as conditions change and improve.
- Where can I purchase tickets?

Tickets can be booked online by clicking on the link below. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your electronic ticket(s) that have a barcode which must be presented at the Ticket Box, either printed or on mobile device.
Tickets will be subject to the day’s availability so to avoid disappointment, please purchase them online. An online booking fee of AUD$1.55 per ticket will be charged where applicable. This fee is notified prior to purchase throughout the checkout process.
- Should I use my Annual Pass to pre-book a ticket before I visit?

Yes, even though Annual Pass holder tickets are free, due to capacity limits you must still pre-book a ticket online before you visit the Park to avoid disappointment. Please visit our tickets page to book your ticket which will be subject to availability on the day.

- Can I still visit with a carer?

Yes, carers holding a valid Companion Card or We Care Card can enter the Park for free when accompanying another individual with a full priced ticket. The full priced ticket should be purchased online in advance. When you and your carer arrive at the Ticket Box, the carer will be provided with their ticket after presenting their Companion Card or We Care Card
- What if I need to swap my ticket for a new date?

Adding Luna Flex onto your ticket at your cart online provides the opportunity for a one-off change of date to your Park Entry or Unlimited Ride Ticket. All Luna Flex change of date requests must be submitted via an online Luna Flex Change of Date form available on the Luna Park Melbourne website. The change of date request must be submitted either on or before the original date of the visit. The new requested visit date must be within 365 days from the date of purchase. - What if I want a refund?

Sorry, we do not offer refunds for tickets purchased, however, you may change the date subject to availability. To initiate a date change please click the link here and fill out the date change request form with your order number and requested date – please allow 2 business days for us to facilitate your change.

- Are pass-outs available?

No. As we are managing visitor numbers and overall Park capacity, if a guest chooses to leave the Park, they may not return on that day.

Luna Flex provides the opportunity for a one-off change of date to your Park Entry or Unlimited Ride Ticket. Luna Flex is an online purchase add-on that covers all tickets within the online cart. All Luna Flex change of date requests must be submitted via an online Luna Flex Change of Date form available on the Luna Park Melbourne website. The change of date request must be submitted either on or before the original date of the visit. The new requested visit date must be within 365 days from the date of purchase. - How do I add Luna Flex to a booking?

Luna Flex can be added to your cart during the online ticket purchase journey.
Once you have selected your ticket and are requested to proceed to check out, you’ll be asked if you would like to add Luna Flex.
Once you get to the cart before the checkout, you’ll be asked again if you would like to add Luna Flex.
- How do I change the date of my ticket once Luna Flex has been purchased?

To request a date, change please click the link here and fill out the change of date form with your order number and requested date. Change of date is subject to availability and park capacity.
- What are the benefits of purchasing Luna Flex?

The benefits of the Luna Park Melbourne’s Luna Flex add on is that you can change the date of your Tickets on or before the date of your visit for up to 365 days from the original purchase date, should your plans change. All Luna Flex date changes must be submitted via a Luna Flex Change of Date request form on our website either on or before the date of the original intended visit.
