01 · OUR FLAGSHIP EVENT SPACE
LUNA PALACE
The crown jewel of the Park, this state-of-the-art, pillarless conference and events centre offers a flexible space designed for functions of every scale.
From weddings and gala dinners to conferences and trade shows, the venue’s versatile design extends to two covered outdoor terraces at either end of the main function space, each offering second-floor views across the Park.
The indoor area can also be divided into two separate spaces, making it ideal for both intimate gatherings and large-scale events.
All venue capacities are approximate and will vary based on audiovisual requirements and room layout.

LUNA ROOFTOP
From its elevated position above the Park, the Luna Rooftop offers expansive bayside views and relaxed outdoor entertaining that captures all the energy of Luna Park Melbourne.
Uniquely connected to the historic Scenic Railway, the rooftop delivers a vibrant and memorable setting for cocktail functions, social events and evening celebrations.
Complete with a dedicated BBQ and pizza oven, the Luna Rooftop is an immersive space that brings people together over great food and unforgettable surroundings.

With Full Park Hire, you’ll enjoy exclusive access to the Park, allowing your guests to explore iconic rides, enjoy tailored food and beverage experiences, and celebrate in one of Melbourne’s most unique event destinations.
From the moment your guests arrive, our dedicated Events Team are there to create a truly one-of-a-kind experience.
04 · FRONT ROW TO THE FUN
PAVILION
Situated beneath a spacious permanent marquee in the heart of the Park, the Pavilion is a flexible event space that can be tailored to suit your occasion – from Family Fun Days to corporate functions.
Located on ground level next to the Sky Rider ferris wheel, the space can be sectioned off with charming white picket fencing while the Park is operating, giving guests the freedom to enjoy your event while soaking up the carnival atmosphere.

05 · COSY CARNIVAL CHARM
CARNIVAL ROOM
The Carnival Room is an intimate second-floor venue featuring a private balcony, exclusive bar, and elevated views across Luna Park Melbourne.
Perfectly suited to smaller groups, it’s ideal for cocktail functions, conferences, and private celebrations.

MOON DECK
Set high above the Park, the Moon Deck is an inviting rooftop venue overlooking Port Phillip Bay. Its open-air design and spectacular views blend the excitement of Luna Park with the tranquillity of the bay.

Any questions?
Group Booking FAQs
Are staff included for group booking areas?
A dedicated supervisor is included, however this is not a party host.
Is cake included for group bookings?
You can bring your own cake; however, we are unable to provide refrigeration.
What furniture, set up, and decorations are available for group booking areas?
- Linen is included
- Please see images for set up of the space. This can be rearranged with your event coordinator depending on number of guests
- We do not provide decorations however these can be brought in
- No confetti
Do you accept hens/bachelor bookings?
Whilst we love hosting special celebrations, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate hens or bachelor parties. We appreciate your understanding.
What rides will be available on the day of my group booking?
We make every effort to ensure that all rides are available on your special day. However, due to maintenance and particular weather conditions, some rides may not be available. If you have concerns about the availability of particular rides on the scheduled date of your party, please contact the party coordinator 48 hours prior to your visit.
