Each ride has specific height, restraint, and seating requirements designed to keep guests safe. In some cases pregnancy, certain injuries, disabilities, or medical conditions may affect whether a guest can safely access an attraction.

For this reason, some rides may not be suitable for all guests. Where this occurs, our friendly team will work with you to identify appropriate alternatives and provide clear guidance to help you plan your visit.

Work with you to identify suitable attractions

The process is designed to be straightforward, supportive, and focused on your safety and comfort.

Approved to Ride & Access Support 🤝

Following an assessment, guests may be issued with:

An Approved to Ride Card and wristband, outlining suitable attractions
An Attraction Access Card (where applicable), to support queue management

Our team will explain how to use these to ensure smooth and safe access to rides.
